Founding Partner Terms

1. Program

Founding Partner is an application-only program. Applications open at soft launch and close at public launch.

• Accepted partners receive 30% recurring commission on eligible referrals, Trada Elite at no cost while status is active, and entry into the launch competition.
• Trada reviews every application. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and accepted partners agree to these Terms before promoting Trada.

2. Commission

Rate. 30% of eligible subscription revenue from each customer you refer while your Founding Partner status is active.

Recurring, and locked per referral. The rate stays with that customer for as long as their paid subscription continues without a break.

What it is calculated on. The subscription payments your referred customers make to Trada, not counting any sales tax or VAT.

Refunds and chargebacks. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed. A reversal is deducted from your next payout.

Which customers count. Only new customers: people who create their Trada account through your link. Existing Trada users and your own accounts don't qualify.

3. Attribution

• Window. 60 days. If someone clicks your partner link and signs up within 60 days, you get credit.
• After sign-up. The referral is recorded against the new account, so it no longer depends on the visitor's browser. Referred sign-ups appear in your partner dashboard.

4. Payouts

• Monthly. Approved commission for one month is paid by the end of the following month.
• Minimum. $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• Method. Payouts go through Stripe to the account you connect in the partner portal.
• Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission and prizes.

5. Founding Partner Status

To keep Founding Partner status, your referred customers need to add up to at least $1,000 a month in active subscriptions. Status is reviewed every 3 months.

If your status ends. Customers you referred while it was active keep earning you 30% for as long as their subscription continues without a break. New referrals follow the public affiliate terms in force at the time, currently 10–20% by level. Complimentary Elite access ends.

6. If the Partnership Ends

Customers you referred while you held Founding Partner status keep earning you 30% for as long as their subscription continues without a break, and we keep paying you as usual under section 4.

The one exception is a partnership that ends because of fraud, self-referrals, or a breach of the promotion rules in section 7. Commission then stops, and commission on the affected revenue is reversed.

7. Promotion Rules

When you share your link, in any format:

• Describe Trada accurately, using the product claims on trada.io. Trada is trade-copier and journaling infrastructure. It is not a broker, trading platform, adviser, or signal service.
• Make clear it is a paid referral link, near every recommendation, for example “I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link”, or with your platform's own disclosure tools.
• Don't promise trading profits, returns, or results, and never say or imply that Trada helps pass prop-firm challenges.
• Don't present Trada as a partner of, or endorsed by, any prop firm or broker.
• No self-referrals or bought sign-ups: no signing up yourself through your own link, no paying or rewarding people to sign up, no cookie stuffing, and no ads on the Trada brand name without our written permission.

8. Launch Competition

Window. Starts at public launch and runs for the next 3 calendar months. Exact dates will be published before public launch.

Ranking. Founding Partners are ranked by eligible subscription revenue recognized from new paid customers referred in that window. Annual plans are normalized monthly. Soft-launch referrals earn normal commission but do not count toward rankings.

Prizes. $12,500 · $7,500 · $5,000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd, a $25,000 pool paid on top of commission, in cash (USD), with the first payout cycle after results are validated. Podium prizes require a minimum qualifying revenue, stated in the Competition Rules.

Launch bonus. After the top three, the next 97 Founding Partners to reach $2,000 in eligible competition revenue receive an extra $100, paid in cash with their next payout. At most 100 partners are paid in total.

Results are validated before prizes are paid. A partner who breaks the promotion rules in section 7 loses their competition standing.

9. Changes to These Terms

If we change these Terms, we will email partners before the change takes effect. A change never lowers the rate on customers you have already referred.
