1. Important Notice
Please read this Risk Disclaimer carefully before using the Trada platform and services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the risks described below.
2. Nature of the Service
Trada is a technology platform that provides trade copier software and automated journaling tools. Trada is not a broker, dealer, investment advisor, asset manager, prop trading firm, or any other form of regulated financial services provider. We do not: execute trades; hold client funds; manage investments; provide investment advice or recommendations; or act as an intermediary in any financial transaction.
The Platform facilitates the technical copying of trade signals between user-designated third-party brokerage accounts. All trade execution occurs on third-party platforms subject to their respective terms and regulatory oversight.
3. Trading Risk
Trading in financial instruments (including but not limited to foreign exchange, contracts for difference, futures, options, and other derivatives) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all individuals. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any trading strategy, signal provider, or copied trader is not indicative of future results.
The use of trade copier software does not reduce the inherent risks of trading. Copied trades carry the same risks as manually executed trades, including market risk, liquidity risk, and execution risk.
4. No Guarantee of Performance
Trada makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- the profitability of any strategy copied through the Platform;
- the accuracy or completeness of trade signal replication;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation; or
- the performance of any third-party brokerage or platform.
Trade copier performance is subject to factors outside Trada's control, including:
- internet connectivity and latency;
- broker server availability;
- market conditions and liquidity;
- pricing differences between brokers; and
- slippage between source and destination accounts.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- evaluating risks before copying any strategy;
- monitoring your accounts and trade activity;
- ensuring adequate capital and margin;
- understanding your brokerage terms;
- complying with applicable laws and regulations; and
- seeking independent financial, legal, and tax advice.
Trada does not monitor your accounts, assess suitability of strategies for your circumstances, or provide personalized financial guidance.
6. Regulatory Notice
The availability and legality of trade copier software may vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether using such services is permitted under your local laws.
Users in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Australia should be aware that copy trading activities may be subject to specific regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, FCA, SEC/CFTC, and ASIC respectively) depending on usage and the nature of underlying trading activity.
Trada operates as a technology provider and does not perform any activity that would require licensing or registration as a financial services provider.
7. Third-Party Content and Strategies
The Platform may allow you to view or copy strategies from third-party signal providers or other users. Trada does not vet, endorse, certify, or guarantee the performance or reliability of any third-party signal provider or strategy. Any decision to copy a strategy is made at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trada shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other harm arising from:
- your use of the Services;
- delays or failures in trade replication;
- actions of third-party brokers, platforms, or signal providers; or
- your own trading decisions.
Trada's total liability is limited as set forth in our Terms of Service.
9. Independent Advice
Before engaging in any trading activity, we strongly recommend seeking independent advice from a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or legal counsel who can assess your individual circumstances, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
10. Acknowledgment
By using the Trada platform, you acknowledge that:
- you have read and understood this Risk Disclaimer;
- you understand that trading involves substantial risk of loss;
- you are using the Services at your own risk and judgment;
- Trada is a technology provider, not a financial services firm; and
- you will not hold Trada liable for any trading losses or financial damages.
